Before anything else : You have a free 15min chat/call before you decide to work with me. I need to make sure you're comfortable sharing private info with me and that I'll be able to provide the help you need.
Please respect my time and do your best to implement my service. If not, you may lose your slot :(
CLAUSE #1 : If you book a consultation with me and no show, it's 2 strikes and you lose your slot. Please understand that VTuber Managing is my only source of income and I can only take on so many clients.
CLAUSE #2 : I operate on an open office hours schedule (1PM GMT+1 - 9PM GMT+1). Hours can vary and I can make more time for a special project or an important stream you want me to attend.
CLAUSE #3 : If I decide I won't work with you, I have the right to not disclose my reasons.
CLAUSE #4 : If you want me to not disclose our working relationship for testimonial or portfolio purposes, it is completely ok and you can count on my discretion.
No refunds for my services unless otherwise stated. The details of the contract, including the monthly rate and percentage cut, will be agreed upon before signing and starting work.
Responses on my end will ALWAYS be within 48 hours. I maintain open communication with you about everything and anything.
In return, I just ask that you keep me in the loop regarding any changes to your schedule, content, or anything that might cause conflicts.
Even if my services are "closed", if you're being managed by me, you may have the option to renew my services!
Can I hire you to reply to my business emails?
The short answer is : No.
I'm not a Virtual Assistant and that's not how I see the work of a VTuber Manager. There's excellent VAs out there that can help you with that!
Can I ask you questions on what you'll do to help me during a first call?
Yes, but I won't go into all the details. This call exist so you can be confident and comfortable sharing private informations with me as well as allowing me to know exactly what kind of help you need.
What can I expect from the first free call?
There's 2 options to choose from : 1 - A regular interview around 15min where you're basically the one conducting it.
2 - Pure chit-chat. We just talk casually and we eventually play a game too, more often than not my clients wanna game and talk so they screenshare their game!
During that call, you tell me exactly what you expect from me, what kind of goals you want to achieve together etc.
We don't have to speak by the way, this initial short meeting can take place entirely in DMs if you want to.
Can you outreach to other Vtubers and artists?
Yes, it's something I can do.
I can help you find the right artist or collab partner for you.
Can I hire you to make clips, thumbnails or design my schedules?
Even though I can do thumbnails and schedules, I'm not the most skilled when it comes to this. But as stated above, I can help you find someone that is.
In what ways do you stand out as a manager?
As a manager I specialize in gaming-focused services, I can get you game keys and reach out to pretty much any publisher/studio out there, as I know who or where to look. This means I can help facilitate sponsorships, depending on your size and audience, and I don't rely on the typical content creator path to obtain game copies and permissions. I also can assist you with brainstorming game ideas and related content. Putting together collabs and managing schedules are areas I'm good at and enjoy doing.

Do you have unlimited slots?
Yes and no.
I can't extend time unfortunately but usually I'll always be able to schedule a consultation call.
As for the full time management slots, no it's not unlimited. I usually have 5 slots and sometimes less depending if someone reserve one just in case or if the schedules are too busy.
Do you offer a free trial period?
I do not at this time. I don't offer trial periods in general as I have consultations for that, if you're not sure and just want to try my services.
I'm not sure you'd be a great fit for me, can you recommend me someone else?
